TOP 25 LIST AND ANOTHER PINNACLE AWARD! Earlier this year, Brian Andrus, CCIM, was informed by the Tampa Bay Business Journal that his firm, Stonebridge Real Estate Co, Inc, was in the Top 12 List of residential real estate brokerages and also the Top 25 List of Commercial Property brokerages in the Tampa Bay area which includes seven counties. This ranking takes into account the production of all of the large, national firms as well as all regional brokerages. During the same period, Brian and Donna Andrus were also each awarded the 2022 Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate for greater than $50M in production for residential real estate.

CCIM Designation
Broker Brian Andrus earned this designation in 2008. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member. The CCIM lapel pin denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designation represents proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis, in addition to negotiation.
Community Learning Center Champion Award
Brian and Donna Andrus recently received the Community Learning Center Champion Award given for donations in excess of $85,000. The center provides tutoring services to help fight illiteracy in our area.
Amongst it successes the CLC assists many young athletes who, without this educational assistance to boost their academic performance would not be able to take advantage of college football scholarships they have earned. A Buccaneers starting corner back and other NFL players attended the award ceremony to showed their appreciation for the Community Learning Center and all who contribute to it!
At a luncheon in Tampa Ben Magnie was awarded a trophy by the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors for FIRST PLACE in the 2022 Multifamily category!
