Since the late 1990’s we have started and completed several dozen real estate projects of various sizes and types – from single family residences to multi-family projects to small office properties to multi-story office towers. A larger waterfront luxury condominium project (87 units) is an example. We completed it in 2022 and it is shown pictorially. below.

Having been a licensed General Contractor and achieving other advanced degrees (BS, CCIM, ALC), I have learned through application and experience.  Mistakes are inevitable. It is the through their correction and the taking of the required responsibility that expertise was obtained. An example is found in this development that was built from the ground up. It proved to be both economically viable and a success for customers. From what was a vacant waterfront plot of land just north of downtown Clearwater, it became Marina Bay 880. We are open to other such projects.
