Earlier this year, Brian Andrus, CCIM, was informed by the Tampa Bay Business Journal that his firm, Stonebridge Real Estate Co, Inc, was in the Top 12 List of residential real estate brokerages and also the Top 25 List of Commercial Property brokerages in the Tampa Bay area which includes seven counties. This ranking takes into account the production of all of the large, national firms as well as all regional brokerages. During the same period, Brian and Donna Andrus were also each awarded the 2022 Who’s Who in Residential Real Estate for greater than $50M in production for residential real estate.
